Perfios elevates Vinay Sathyanarayan to lead Credit Nirvana

Perfios.ai has appointed Vinay Sathyanarayan as Chief Executive Officer of Credit Nirvana, its debt management and collections subsidiary, as the company has looked to accelerate the next phase of its AI-native collections strategy.
Vinay Sathyanarayan has previously served as Chief Product Officer for International and Subsidiaries at Perfios, and has now taken charge of Credit Nirvana’s strategic direction and growth. The appointment has reflected Perfios’ wider approach of building entrepreneurial businesses within its ecosystem while allowing subsidiaries to scale with greater autonomy and sharper market focus.

Credit Nirvana has positioned itself as an AI-powered debt management and collections platform for the financial services sector. Perfios has said the leadership transition has come as collections infrastructure has continued to evolve towards AI-native and autonomous operating models, with the subsidiary set to play a larger role in that shift.
Vinay Sathyanarayan has brought nearly two decades of experience in designing and scaling financial services technology solutions. His work has also supported Perfios’ Open Finance Ecosystem, which has formed part of the company’s digital financial infrastructure offering across markets.
