WorkFusion to open European HQ in Dublin, creating 100 jobs

Intelligent automation solutions provider WorkFusion has unveiled plans to set up its European headquarters in Dublin. As part of the expansion into Ireland, WorkFusion is looking to fill 100 new positions over the next three years.
Hiring has already commenced for the roles, which include software engineers, data scientists, and more for its AI-enabled digital workforce solutions.
The new office will be located at Hospitality House, 16-20 South Cumberland Street in Dublin. The company’s headquarters are in New York, with other offices in Warsaw, Poland and Hyderabad, India.
Speaking on the expansion plan, Adam Famularo, CEO of WorkFusion said, “When considering where we should locate our European headquarters, Dublin was an easy choice. Ireland has a booming technology sector and an abundance of skilled talent, plus it is ideally situated as the gateway to the EU.”
WorkFusion provides organisations with AI-powered ‘digital workers’ that can perform tasks in areas such as customer service, onboarding, identify verification and account opening. The company currently provides its technology to companies such as banks, insurance companies and financial services organisations.
The new location marks the fourth physical office of WorkFusion. The Dublin office will home the company’s R&D, data scientists, and other key software engineers.

The announcement was also welcomed by IDA Ireland chief executive Martin Shanahan, who said, “The arrival of WorkFusion, in the Intelligent Automation space is a great addition to the vibrant FinTech sector in Ireland. Ireland is an ideal location from which the company can grow and expand its products and services in Europe. I wish them every success here.”
