Wirex and Snowdrop roll out location-enriched transaction services

Wirex, digital payment, crypto, fiatWirex along with Snowdrop Solutions has today unveiled a range of location-enriched services to show their users where payments take place. Available to Wirex customers in-app, the service enables cardholders to readily see exactly where their transactions take place and provides a greater level of transparency for those transactions. Utilising Snowdrop’s Merchant Reconciliation System (MRS) technology, the service also enables Wirex to capture unique spending insights and share with its customers better ways to visualise financial habits and patterns.

The CEO and Co-Founder of Wirex, Pavel Matveev, “Since creating Wirex in 2014, we’ve tried to make the often-confusing world of crypto more appealing for everyday users. Partnering with Snowdrop will give our customers access to even more cutting-edge and convenient financial features that add value to their lives, whilst bridging the gap between the traditional and digital economies.”

Recently, the company announced the launch of a new offer to double the amount of Cryptoback rewards after surpassing 3.5 million customers. The company’s customers in certain regions can earn up to 4% rewards back on all purchases made with their Wirex card, available exclusively throughout April.
