Turtlemint appoints Navvin Jaiin as Chief Business Officer

Turtlemint Turtlemint, an Indian InsurTech firm, has appointed Navvin Jaiin as Chief Business Officer to lead the growth initiatives across business verticals. This appointment is in line with the company’s long-term growth strategy of expanding its presence across multiple business verticals and ensuring universal insurance.

Navvin is an insurance and banking industry veteran with over two decades of versatile experience across the financial services ecosystem. In his previous assignments, he has been instrumental in orchestrating a major transformation for a large-scale organisation, by building new distribution channels, and partnerships with a clear focus on efficiency and profitability.

Commenting on the appointment Co-founder & CEO of Turtlemint Dhirendra Mahyavanshi said, “With a 100% year-on-year growth, Turtlemint has stepped into the next dimension of business proliferation. The journey hereon will be critical in helping us achieve our goals of improving insurance penetration and enabling seamless access to insurance products. Navvin has worked with brands like IndusInd Bank, Reliance Health insurance, Tata AIA Life Insurance, Canara HSBC Life in the past. Prior to joining Turtlemint, he was working with Bajaj Allianz as EVP.
