Enfuce, Steven The Swedish expense sharing FinTech Steven has chosen Enfuce, one of Europe’s leading FinTechs, as its payment card issuing provider. The aim of the partnership is to expand Steven’s expense sharing solution to multiple European countries in the near future, starting from Sweden.

With Steven, users can keep track of all of their expenses in real-time and select the ones they want to share with others to get paid. There are many use cases for Steven, such as sharing expenses when travelling together, arranging a party or sharing expenses within your household. The company has around 160,000 users generating 100,000 expenses per month – and its user base is growing with thousands of users organically each month.

With the help of Enfuce, Steven is launching a Mastercard product. The card is connected to the Steven app, making sharing expenses even more seamless. Customers can start using their new cards instantly with the biggest digital wallets.

“We highly value our partnership with Enfuce because we are doing great things together. They are enabling us to launch a payment card as well as digital wallets making sharing expenses with friends and family even more seamless in Sweden and in a handful of other EU markets in the near future,” said Jon Wimmercrantz, Chief Marketing Officer at Steven.

“Steven is a forerunner in expense sharing, and we’re very happy to partner with them to help them scale their innovative solution all across Europe. Like Enfuce, Steven has global aspirations and we are on this journey together,” said Monika Liikamaa, CEO and Co-founder at Enfuce.

Both the companies have been part of Mastercard’s Lighthouse FINITIV program where they initially connected. A program which brings startups, banks, investors and advisors together to scale innovative ideas.

“It is great to see two innovative companies like Steven and Enfuce from our Mastercard Lighthouse program collaborating making sharing expenses easier,” said Mats Taraldsson, Head of Innovation, Fintech and Impact-Tech Engagement, Mastercard Nordic and Baltic.
