QualityKiosk partners with UAB on testing centre

QualityKiosk Technologies has been appointed as the managed service partner for United Arab Bank (UAB) to establish and operate the bank’s enterprise-wide Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE), supporting its digital transformation strategy through AI-driven and automation-first quality engineering.

S V Padmanabhan, Chief Information Officer, United Arab Bank, said, “Through a centralized Testing Center of Excellence and an automation-first approach, we are accelerating innovation, enhancing customer experience, strengthening operational resilience, and reinforcing governance across our digital ecosystem to support our long-term business objectives.”

The partnership has aimed to strengthen UAB’s enterprise quality engineering capabilities by standardising testing practices, accelerating technology delivery and improving governance across the bank’s technology landscape. The initiative has also focused on enhancing customer experience, operational resilience and regulatory compliance.

Under the agreement, QualityKiosk has implemented an automation-first quality engineering framework built on structured governance, standardised processes and outcome-based delivery models. The company has embedded continuous testing, intelligent automation and performance engineering throughout the software development lifecycle to improve application quality and streamline software releases.
