Quontic Bank has strengthened its digital banking experience by integrating Alkami’s Digital Banking Platform with MANTL’s account opening technology, helping more customers transition from account application to active digital banking while improving engagement across the account lifecycle.

Grace Pace, Senior Vice President of Digital Banking at Quontic Bank, said: “Customers now move seamlessly from one experience to the next, with their data and relationship carrying forward every step of the way. That’s a game changer—not just for the customer experience, but for our operations as well.”

A new case study has highlighted that the integration has increased Quontic’s account opening-to-digital banking registration rate from approximately 53% to the mid-70% range in less than three months. The implementation has also doubled the number of post-account opening service requests, including adding joint account holders or beneficiaries, ordering debit cards and cheque books, and switching direct deposits.

Stephen Bohanon, Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Alkami, said the unified platform has helped financial institutions convert more new account holders into active digital banking users, adding that stronger digital engagement has remained a key driver of long-term customer relationships and improved financial outcomes.

The integrated platform has enabled customers to move directly from account opening into digital banking without repeating onboarding steps, while operational processes have been simplified through the transfer of customer data across both platforms.

Quontic has also reported broader digital banking gains through its partnership with Alkami. The bank has achieved a 4.8 App Store rating, has raised more than $800 million in deposits, has automated approximately 94% of account application decisions, and has reduced account opening times to under three minutes. The bank has also created around 1,000 new customer relationships each month, with peak periods exceeding 5,000.
