Aiwyn

Aiwyn, has acquired QuickFee’s payments business, encompassing QuickFee Pay Now and QuickFee Connect. The move strengthens Aiwyn Payments’ market position as a partner for technology-driven accounting firms, while also broadening access to QuickFee’s innovative ‘Pay Later’ financing solutions.

The integration will ensure continuity for QuickFee customers, who will retain access to their existing payments infrastructure while benefitting from Aiwyn’s wider suite of solutions, including practice management tools, client experience platforms, and AI-powered tax offerings. QuickFee will continue to operate its financing business independently, while its U.S. payments clients transition into Aiwyn’s expanding digital ecosystem.

Justin Adams, CEO of Aiwyn, said, “I’m excited to welcome QuickFee’s customers and team to Aiwyn. We have long admired the firms QuickFee serves. We look forward to building lasting partnerships and supporting them, while providing them with the trusted products Aiwyn is known for.”

Since its inception, Aiwyn has positioned itself at the forefront of accounting technology, working closely with firms to drive efficiency, enhance workflows, and elevate client experiences. In parallel, QuickFee has built a strong reputation across the CPA market for simplifying cash flow management and enabling payment automation.

By bringing together Aiwyn’s intelligent platform with QuickFee’s established customer relationships, the acquisition represents a significant step forward in the digital transformation of the accounting profession. It enhances firms’ ability to manage collections seamlessly, improves client engagement through flexible payment options, and supports long-term growth in a sector increasingly defined by innovation.

Dale Smorgon, Chairman of QuickFee, said, “I am confident our customers are in excellent hands with Aiwyn. Our customers and team are becoming part of an organisation that values their relationships and experience, and I am confident they will continue to thrive as an important part of Aiwyn’s future.”
