Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. has implemented Zoho’s unified enterprise platform as part of a digital transformation initiative aimed at modernising sales, customer engagement, customer service and enterprise-wide data management.

The deployment spans Motilal Oswal’s 15 business verticals, including Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services, Bonds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Investment Advisory and IPOs.

The financial services firm sought a single platform capable of supporting the scale, complexity and regulatory requirements of its diverse operations.

“Managing data across multiple internal systems, each structured differently and updated on its own schedule, and making it available to our Relationship Managers in a clean, consistent form every day is not a straightforward problem. Zoho enabled us to build a reliable data pipeline at scale. Our Relationship Managers now have a daily-refreshed Customer 360 view that improves the quality of conversations they can have and the opportunities they can identify,” said Raghava Shivalingegowda, Head of Products at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd.

As competition intensifies across India’s financial services sector, firms are increasingly looking to leverage unified data and digital platforms to deliver consistent customer experiences while maintaining compliance standards.

For Motilal Oswal, the transformation focused on consolidating customer information from multiple systems, improving operational consistency and supporting continued business growth.

The platform enables a centralised view of customer data, helping relationship managers access updated insights and engage clients more effectively.

Mani Vembu, Chief Executive Officer of Zoho, said, “As financial services organisations continue to scale, managing operational complexity and fragmented data becomes increasingly challenging. Motilal Oswal Financial Services’ transformation demonstrates how a unified platform can streamline enterprise operations, strengthen customer engagement and enable large-scale data transformation.”

The implementation highlights the growing role of integrated enterprise platforms in helping financial institutions modernise operations, improve customer engagement and create a single source of truth for data across business functions.
