Categories such as Core Banking, Digital Channels, Digital Lending, Customer Experience Platforms, and AI & Automation were the most hotly contested, each drawing dozens of high-calibre entries. Unsurprisingly, AI-led innovations dominated overall submissions, highlighting its growing role in driving efficiency, risk management, customer experience, and large-scale operational agility.

Meanwhile, WealthTech and digital investment solutions emerged as one of the fastest-growing segments, mirroring global wealth innovation trends.
The results of GFIA 2025 are out now. Celebrating the individuals and organisations reshaping the future of financial services.

The GFIA is an excellent initiative by IBS Intelligence. It has been instrumental in making Nucleus Software visible in the technology ecosystem and giving our work the desired visibility. It is imperative to recognize the excellent work by the financial institutions, banks, and technology providers because financial implementations are overly complex, and a lot of hard work is expected from either implementor.
- Parag Bhise – CEO, Nucleus Software
