ServisFirst Bank selects Covecta to deploy agentic AI across operations

US-based ServisFirst Bank has selected Covecta to deploy agentic AI technology across its operations, aiming to automate manual workflows, improve efficiency, and support its transition toward an AI-driven operating model. 

Under the engagement, Covecta’s AI agents will be embedded into ServisFirst Bank’s operations workflows, initially focusing on manual work completed outside systems. The deployment is intended to help improve efficiency while minimising risk and operational disruption. 

Scott Wilson, Founder and CEO of Covecta, said, “ServisFirst Bank is a regional wholesale bank which has best in class efficiency. The deployment of agents was partially about finding additional efficiencies but also about helping transform ways of working in the era of AI.” 

He added that the initial focus will be on performing manual work completed outside mission-critical systems, with both organisations aiming to innovate “from the outside-in” to minimise risk and disruption. 

Michael Lindsey, Chief Information and Operations Officer at ServisFirst Bank, said the bank chose Covecta for its banking-focused AI capabilities. 

“We selected Covecta because their agents bring deep banking domain expertise out of the box,” Lindsey said. “This is about more than efficiency. The time savings matter, but the real value is building an agentic mindset across the bank, capturing our institutional knowledge, refining it, and deploying it consistently through agents across the organization.” 

The programme is expected to support multiple teams, with a focus on driving efficiencies across manual processes and enhancing ways of working across the organisation.
