Fenergo has launched Fen-AI, a new agentic AI orchestration platform designed to help financial institutions automate Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and client lifecycle management (CLM) processes while maintaining governance, regulatory oversight and auditability.

Marc Murphy, Founder and CEO, Fenergo, said: “Fen-AI enables institutions to move from periodic control to continuous control, delivering faster client onboarding, greater operational efficiency and stronger compliance without increasing risk or headcount.”

The platform has powered KYRA, Fenergo’s governed AI workforce, which has been developed to automate routine tasks across client onboarding, periodic reviews, ongoing monitoring and material client changes. Built on the company’s Fen-X Legal Entity System of Record, Fen-AI has recorded every AI action, source, decision and rationale, providing financial institutions with a traceable audit trail for regulatory compliance.

Fenergo has also introduced an Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Interoperability Framework, enabling approved internal and third-party AI agents to communicate through a single governed interface. The framework has used Model Context Protocol (MCP) and A2A interoperability standards to authenticate requests, preserve client context across workflows and attribute completed actions while ensuring decisions remain linked to the Fen-X system of record.

Hishaam Caramanli, President and COO, Fenergo, said: “Every action is attributable, every decision is explainable and every outcome is anchored to a trusted system of record.”

The platform has additionally included operational reporting capabilities, allowing institutions to monitor completed tasks, analyst hours saved, manual work avoided, processing throughput and workload distribution.

The initial KYRA release has included six AI automation agents designed to support operational tasks across the client lifecycle while maintaining governance and auditability. Fenergo said additional Fen-AI capabilities will be introduced in the coming quarters, with the platform now available to customers globally.
