The 2020 edition of the IBS Intelligence Annual Sales League Table. Results announced!

IBS Intelligence Sales League Table (SLT) is the global barometer for sales performance of Universal Banking, Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking, Private Banking, Lending, Digital Banking Channels, CRM, Payments & Cards, Compliance & Risk Management, Investment & Fund Management, Customer Loyalty Systems, digital-only banking platforms and Islamic Banking suppliers.

In line with industry trends, we have added new categories for this year’s submission! Now, SLT has a total of 17 categories covering the spectrum of financial services technology architecture. The top two performers in each of the categories are identified to be a part of the iconic SLT Leadership Club. Additionally, IBSI also recognizes select suppliers who have not made it this year to the SLT Leadership Club but have demonstrated the next best performance in their respective categories as IBSI SLT Stars. Suppliers who are featured in the IBSI SLT Leadership club are recognised to be leaders and hence are not included in the IBSI SLT Stars table. The SLT Star table is limited to suppliers who are not part of the leadership club, but have recorded the next best performance across respective categories.

The SLT is followed by an editorial that includes quarterly sales analysis, # licenses sold in cloud-hosted model, sales across the Americas, Europe, MEA & APAC, and domestic deals recorded in the US, India, and Russia by local suppliers.

SLT submissions are carefully reviewed for their validity, both in terms of inclusion & exclusion criteria. Inclusion factors such as deal validity in the stated financial year with the right representation in respective system category, and the customer being a financial institution. SLT is purely meant to be new-name customers, and therefore extensions to existing licenses or renewals to the same customer are excluded. Each supplier submission is reviewed by a panel that validates the claim, and the results declared after a scrutiny that ran over a 3 month period.
