Zwipe taps Ermes srl to distribute biometric access cards in Italy

Zwipe, Zwipe, Biometric Cards, Biometric Access Cards, ID Verification, FinTech, Zwipe Access, ItalyErmes Srl, a specialist in ID verification solutions, has signed an agreement to distribute Zwipe’s biometric access cards in Italy. Zwipe is a pioneer in the development of biometric technology on cards for identification, access control and payment.

Zwipe Access utilizes state-of-the-art biometric capture and matching technology to securely store the cardholder’s encrypted fingerprint template directly within the card’s smart chip during issuance. Thus, Zwipe Access offers an additional layer of security.

The company has secured an initial Demo kit order from Ermes for Zwipe Access biometric cards. This initial order will be used to demonstrate the solution to potential end users.
