Wib partners with SecureIT to boost API Security across Nordics

Wib, the Israel-based cybersecurity start-up specialising in API security has partnered with SecureIT to expand its reach across the Nordics. Based in Iceland, SecureIT provides cybersecurity compliance, consulting, and managed services to international financial institutions.

The partnership with SecureIT gives users access to Wib’s API security platform and recently launched API PenTesting-as-a-Service (PTaaS) capabilities. This would help organisations across the region identify API vulnerabilities, defend against API-based attacks, and meet API-centric regulatory compliance standards such as PCI DSS.

Wib PTaaS solution combined with its API security platform, provides visibility, automatic inventory, auto-generated API documentation, and simulated attacks against test and/or production systems.

Wib can automate inventory and API change management; identify rogue, zombie, and shadow APIs and analyse business risk and impact, helping organisations to reduce and harden their API attack surface.
