Validus Risk Management has launched of Fund Finance Ops, a new technology solution designed to streamline fund finance operations for private capital managers. This initiative enhances the capabilities of Validus’ flagship Horizon platform, reducing operational burdens and mitigating risk for clients managing fund finance facilities.

Fund Finance Ops addresses the growing complexity of fund debt structures by automating and simplifying core operational processes. The solution enables Validus to manage drawdown requests, repayment notices, covenant compliance, and interest and fee reconciliations on behalf of clients, providing borrowers with real-time visibility into their facilities through Horizon™, Validus’ proprietary technology platform.

The platform tracks critical metrics such as liquidity, value at risk, hedge effectiveness, and the impacts of leverage and derivatives on portfolio assets.
