Trintech acquires financial reconciliation solutions from Fiserv

Trintech, a global provider of cloud-based financial solutions, has announced its acquisition of Frontier Reconciliation and Accurate Reconciliation from Fiserv, a FinTech and payments solutions provider.

Through the acquisition, Trintech gains two reconciliation solutions, further enhancing the company’s portfolio of capabilities. Adding Frontier Reconciliation and Accurate Reconciliation enables newly acquired clients to benefit from product offerings and differentiated solutions across US and international markets. Fiserv will continue to deliver solutions and services to many of these clients.
