TD has signed a bank-wide Master Services Agreement with Trust Science to strengthen its loan approval and origination processes through real-time income verification and decisioning capabilities.

Evan Chrapko, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trust Science, said: “Trust Scientists are among the best in the world at predicting human behaviour. TD is harnessing our real-time decisioning platform—and our highly effective, proprietary processes—to get its loan decisions made as quickly as possible with less risk.”

The agreement has enabled TD to adopt Trust Science’s income verification and reporting technology to support faster and more secure loan decisions. TD Auto Finance Canada has become the first business within the bank to deploy the solution, which has begun rolling out across its network of 5,500 authorised vehicle dealers in Canada.

The deployment has aimed to reduce loan processing times while improving decision accuracy and risk management. By integrating Trust Science’s real-time decisioning platform, TD has sought to streamline lending workflows and enhance the customer experience for both dealers and borrowers.

Michael McGhee, Senior Vice President and Head of TD Auto Finance Canada, added: “TD Auto Finance is happy to be at the forefront of an agreement between TD and Trust Science, and we look forward to delivering more innovative solutions to our clients in the future.”

The agreement has marked a broader collaboration between the two organisations and has positioned Trust Science’s technology for wider adoption across TD’s business units. The rollout has reflected increasing investment by financial institutions in real-time data and automation technologies to accelerate credit decisioning, improve operational efficiency and deliver faster lending experiences for customers.
