MKS PAMP Scales Metals Trading with Murex MX.3
By Milan Rojan
MKS PAMP has gone live on Murex’s MX.3 platform through a MXSaaS deployment, strengthening its precious metals derivatives business with enhanced trading, risk management and operational capabilities.
Joseph Stefans, Head of Trading at MKS PAMP, said: “The rapid execution of this implementation speaks to the strength of our collaboration, supports the continued expansion of our trading offering, and enables us to deliver even greater value as client needs and markets evolve.”
The implementation has enabled MKS PAMP to scale its precious metals trading operations while supporting greater product flexibility and improved client services. Delivered through Murex’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, the deployment has provided the company with a cloud-based platform designed to support growing trading volumes and evolving market requirements.
The MX.3 platform has combined trading, risk management and post-trade capabilities within a single environment, enabling financial institutions to manage complex derivatives portfolios and streamline operational processes. By adopting the platform, MKS PAMP has sought to strengthen its technology infrastructure while supporting future business expansion.
Luc Testud, Managing Director, Central Europe at Murex, said: “MKS PAMP is a strong reference for our commodities development and SaaS strategy. We are delighted to accompany MKS PAMP on its transformation and growth journey.”
The deployment has reflected growing demand among commodities trading firms for cloud-based platforms capable of supporting increasingly sophisticated trading, pricing and risk management requirements. Financial institutions have continued to adopt SaaS-based infrastructure to improve scalability, reduce technology complexity and accelerate the rollout of new products.
The successful implementation has reinforced Murex’s strategy of expanding its MX.3 SaaS offering across capital markets and commodities, while enabling MKS PAMP to enhance its trading capabilities and respond more effectively to changing client requirements and market conditions.
