Sweden-based Juni selects TruNarrative to boost customer onboarding process

trunarrativeRegTech TruNarrative today announced that Swedish banking platform Juni has selected its services for onboarding and compliance technology. TruNarrative will aim to offer successful onboarding and client monitoring services to Juni. The partnership is expected to deliver full access to the TruNarrative solution and its capabilities for; client onboarding, identity verification, Pep’s, sanctions, adverse media monitoring, and ongoing risk monitoring of individual and business customers.

“It’s great to work with new and innovative businesses. We look forward to helping Juni bring their services to market and providing their customers with a smooth onboarding experience,” said Edward Vaughan, Head of Banking at TruNarrative.

According to TruNarrative, it will offer a single customer view to Juni with the provision of checks and ongoing monitoring against corporate entities, their directors and associated third parties. The banking platform will also have access to a full case management system for manual reviews and referrals.

The Swedish start-up Juni offers a banking app and payments solution, acting as a financial companion to entrepreneurs across e-commerce and digital marketing. It offers a Visa Platinum credit card with cashback on advertising spend, cash flow & liquidity management features, along with invoice and bank statement matching. The start-up’s interface also provides an overview of bank accounts, external payment services and advertising speed.

Recently, TruNarrative teamed up with identity document solutions provider TrustID in a bid to integrate the expert document review service into the former’s platform. The collaboration is expected to offer an expert document review into TruNarrative’s onboarding strategies, verify identity, detect fraudulent documentation and gain insight on informed onboarding decisions.
