One Inc has entered into a partnership with InsurTech platform Benekiva to enable a fully digital claims-to-payment journey for insurers, replacing traditional paper-based settlement processes with electronic payout options.

Under the agreement, Benekiva will integrate One Inc’s ClaimsPay® platform into its cloud-based claims system, giving carriers access to digital disbursements including ACH, EFT, push-to-debit, PayPal and Venmo. Benekiva’s platform connects with existing policy administration systems and supports multiple lines of business such as life, annuity, disability and long-term care.

The initiative reflects increasing technology investment in claims operations, an area historically marked by manual workflows, long settlement cycles and high administrative costs. Faster payouts have emerged as a key differentiator in policyholder retention and overall service experience, particularly as insurers modernise customer-facing processes.

“Benekiva’s API-first configurability and One Inc’s connected digital payments network create an excellent technology stack designed for speed, security, and flexibility,” said Ian Drysdale, CEO of One Inc. He said carriers stand to benefit from shorter claims lifecycles, measurable operating savings and stronger policyholder engagement.

Benekiva founder and CEO Brent Williams said, “The collaboration aligns with both organisations’ focus on improving claimant experience. By uniting Benekiva’s cloud-native, product-agnostic claims automation platform with One Inc’s modern digital payments network, we’re delivering a seamless, compassionate claims-to-payment experience that helps carriers modernise with confidence.”

As insurers expand the use of automated claims management, integrated payment workflows are becoming key to end-to-end digitisation strategies. The partnership positions both companies to support carriers shifting away from manual disbursements toward transparent, real-time settlement experiences.
