Occam.fi announces that SwissBorg will make the OCC token available
By Joy Dumasia
Occam.fi announced that the digital asset app, SwissBorg, will make the OCC token available for trading to its huge and rapidly growing user base. Additionally, SwissBorg will explore the possibility of making OccamRazer IDOs available to its users. The integration marks one of the first times that SwissBorg has made a foray into the Cardano ecosystem.
SwissBorg is one of the leading European cryptocurrency apps. Some 500,000 verified users offer a simple way for crypto enthusiasts of any skill level to purchase tokens and access DeFi products. OCC listing will eventually enable SwissBorg to open an OCC treasury and earn yields on OCC and
OccamRazer IDO tokens, sharing the rewards with their users and ‘Genesis premium’ members.
Mark Berger, President of the Occam Association, said: “As Swiss-based entities, it’s only natural that Occam.fi and SwissBorg work together towards common goals. The first important step is listing the OCC utility token on the SwissBorg app, and we’re looking forward to offering both our existing users and a brand new user base through SwissBorg the opportunity to buy and hold OCC.”
Cyrus Fazel, Founder and CEO at SwissBorg, said: “Together with our friends at Occam.fi, we’re advancing our vision of democratising access to DeFi products. The first step towards this goal is making the OCC token available to our users, and we’re pleased to finally make this a reality. Occam.fi, and their suite of DeFi products, is a promising project with the potential to catalyse Cardano’s growth in the coming months — we’re excited to join them on that journey.”
Recently, IBS Intelligence reported that COTI, the first company in the world to offer a Cardano (ADA) payment gateway in association with the Cardano Foundation, will partner with Occam.fi to explore potential development synergies, including the possibility of enabling users to participate in initial decentralised offerings in ADA through the OccamRazer launchpad.
