Nucleus Software accelerates AI and transaction banking investments

Nucleus Software has reported its financial results for the first quarter of FY2026–27, while continuing to invest in product modernisation, responsible AI and global market expansion.
For the quarter ended 30 June 2026, the company has posted consolidated revenue of approximately $24.2 million, down from approximately $25 million in the corresponding period last year. Consolidated profit after tax (PAT) has declined to approximately $2.7 million from approximately $4.0 million, while earnings per share (EPS) have fallen to approximately $0.10 from approximately $0.15.

On a standalone basis, revenue has totalled approximately $22.3million, compared with approximately $23.1million a year earlier. Standalone PAT has decreased to approximately $2.6million from approximately $4.6million, while EPS has declined to approximately $0.10 from approximately $0.17.
During the quarter, the FinTech provider has continued to invest in its lending and transaction banking platforms, focusing on intelligent automation, responsible AI, composable architecture, real-time processing and regulatory readiness to support financial institutions’ digital transformation initiatives.
The company has strengthened its customer success leadership through the appointment of Bhavit Godiwala as Chief Customer Success Officer. It has also expanded its regional presence by entering into a strategic partnership in Indonesia and has marked five years of collaboration with Hatton National Bank.

Looking ahead, Nucleus Software said it will continue investing in its lending and transaction banking platforms, AI capabilities, customer outcomes and regional partnerships throughout FY2026–27.
