NETinfo NETinfo and BML Istisharat successfully organized the event “Building the Bank of the Future”, which was held on Wednesday 15th of February 2023, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Yerevan City Centre hotel, in Armenia.

The aim of the conference was to bring together the banks of Armenia to discuss the approaches Armenian banks are taking to become the bank of the future and meet the needs of today’s consumers. The group of speakers were digital banking solutions experts, who shared insights of the latest global trends, opportunities and challenges, as well as presenting NETinfo’s and BML Istisharat’s digital banking solutions, which support any financial institution to be fully geared towards serving client of the future.

The solution presented is a universal core banking system, which allows the bank to build their banking products, business rules, workflows, accounting, commissions & charges, and have a central customers’ information depository, and an omnichannel engagement hub addressing all the digital channels, users, and functionality. The seamless bundle between the offered core banking and digital channels allows any financial institution to implement a turnkey solution which will provide them with a fast go to market approach and full digitalisation capabilities. The solution delivers products and functionality for retail, SME, corporate, wealth management and insurance customers.

Polys Hadjikyriakos, Chief Sales Officer of NETinfo said, “Even though the banking landscape in Armenia is moving towards the right direction, banks need to continue improving their services to keep up with their customer changing needs. That’s why business growth is achieved by banks that adapt an engagement banking model, focusing on a seamless and flexible end-user experience.”

Raji Challita, General Manager of BML Istisharat, added, “There is a tremendous growth potential for those who will act strategically, to work towards building the bank of the future. Banks need to adapt to the new market dynamics which require them to embrace new ways of working, make critical core platform decisions and lock up the right partnerships.”
