Mynd Fintech has entered into a strategic partnership with C2FO India Technologies to strengthen digital working capital financing, creating a unified platform expected to process approximately $5.8 billion in annual transactions.

The partnership has combined Mynd Fintech’s supply chain finance capabilities with C2FO India’s early payment platform, creating an integrated ecosystem for corporates, financial institutions and MSMEs. The combined platform has been expected to serve more than 140 large corporates, including nearly half of the Nifty 50, alongside over 200,000 suppliers.

Sundeep Mohindru, Promoter & Director, M1 Group, said: “This strategic partnership helps us advance towards our goal of building a comprehensive digital working capital ecosystem in India. By combining these strengths with Mynd Fintech’s supply chain financing solutions and M1xchange’s expertise in TReDS, we will build an ecosystem that delivers high liquidity and efficiency to stakeholders across the corporate, financial, and MSME sectors.”

As part of the agreement, Mynd Fintech has licensed C2FO’s early payment technology and onboarded C2FO India’s team of more than 100 supply chain finance specialists to ensure continuity for existing customers and operations.

The collaboration has brought together Mynd Fintech’s newly launched UFX unified supply chain finance platform, M1xchange’s regulated TReDS infrastructure and C2FO’s expertise in dynamic discounting and early payment programmes. The combined offering has been designed to provide businesses with a single gateway for early payments, receivables financing and broader working capital management, while enabling access to liquidity from more than 80 banks and non-banking financial companies.

For MSMEs, the platform has been expected to improve access to predictable working capital and reduce reliance on informal sources of finance. Corporate buyers have also been provided with a single platform to manage supplier financing programmes while supporting liquidity across their supply chains.

The partnership has reflected growing demand for integrated digital working capital solutions as businesses continue to modernise supplier financing and improve cash flow management through technology-enabled platforms.
