Mutual Credit Union selects CheckAlt for ATM check deposit services

Mutual Credit Union, one among Mississippi’s oldest credit union, has announced partnering with CheckAlt, a leading independent provider of item and payment processing solutions for credit unions and banks, for easy, convenient ATM check deposit for its members with the implementation of its ATM Capture software.

“We are delighted to help Mutual Credit Union further its goal to make its members’ lives as easy as possible by delivering efficient, high-quality ATM deposit processing,” said CheckAlt’s Co-Chairman and CEO Shai Stern.

Working with Mutual Credit Union President Michael Mathews and Fiserv, which runs the CU’s ATM fleet, CheckAlt EVP of Client Relationship Management Jennifer Quinn and Project Manager Jaime Lee set up Mutual Credit Union’s ATMs with the deposit automation solution. The installation was completed via CheckAlt’s ATM Universal Installer technology, which enables full remote installation of the company’s software.

“We are pleased with the results of our new partnership with CheckAlt. The communication with CheckAlt has been great from the start to the go-live,” Mathews said.

Recently, ConnectOne Bank selected CheckAlt for offering optimized payments offering.

Founded in 2004, CheckAlt delivers item processing and treasury management solutions for financial institutions and business clients in the U.S., representing a variety of industry sectors, including property management, healthcare, utilities, municipalities, nonprofit, higher education, and small business. It is a leading independent provider of ATM processing with more than 3,000 active terminals nationwide.
