Markaz, Asset Management, Objectway, Kuwait Financial Centre, Investment Banking, Cloud, Wealth Management, FinTech, Kuwait, MENAMarkaz, an asset management and investment banking firm in the MENA region, has chosen Objectway to deliver an enhanced experience for its clients by automating its processes and enabling seamless client journeys.

Objectway offers a cloud-based platform that helps wealth managers, asset managers, and banks improve their operations. The platform provides solutions for customer engagement, investment performance, and back-office automation.

Markaz sought a modular and best-of-breed front office solution that would align with its business objectives, comply with Kuwait’s regulatory framework, and support its wealth managers (WMs) and advisors in delivering tailored client solutions.

By adopting Objectway’s front-end solution, Markaz will gain greater operational agility, automated workflows, and enhanced data-driven decision-making capabilities for their client-facing activities, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry best practices.

“Our strategic partnership with Objectway is a significant step forward in delivering innovative and efficient client experiences,” said Salman Olayan, Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning – Digitization & Analytics, at Markaz. “Objectway’s comprehensive understanding of our needs and their ability to deliver a configurable, scalable solution fully aligns with our vision to enhance our services, streamline processes, and enable further profitable growth.”

“We are proud to partner with such a prominent wealth and asset management institution in Kuwait on their digital innovation journey,” said Tariq Khan, Objectway Director of Sales & Business Development for UK & MENA. “This collaboration reflects our commitment to providing financial institutions with advanced, modular and scalable solutions that support personalised customer journeys, operational agility and market expansion. Together, we are setting a new standard for innovation in the MENA region.”

The evaluation process included a review of the breadth and depth of Objectway’s solution capabilities, as well as its flexibility, accessibility and configurability.

Objectway’s approach to implementation and delivery, financial stability and reputation, and experience with similar projects and customers were also evaluated, as well as feedback and recommendations from references.
