Objectway implements client management system at Brewin Dolphin

Digital wealth and asset management software provider, Objectway today announced that it has implemented its client management system at UK wealth manager Brewin Dolphin. Objectway’s Client Lifecycle Management and Onboarding solution aims to provide an enhanced client experience and client relationships through integrated digital capabilities. The solution is designed to manage the entire client life cycle, from prospecting through onboarding to ongoing service delivery like suitability reviews and other periodic and ad-hoc events.
Alberto Cuccu, Objectway UK CEO, commented, “Achieving operational scalability and improving client’s and adviser’s engagement are top priorities for wealth management firms today. We are proud that our solutions Conectus first and Eximius Client Engage now have significantly helped Brewin Dolphin in this direction.”
According to Objectway, the solution also offers enhanced client-advisor digital collaboration over an optimised omnichannel mix. The current announcement follows the previous go-live announced last year, where Objectway implemented the ‘MyBrewin’ client app, providing Brewin Dolphin clients with instant access to current information about their portfolios, asset allocation and performance.
Recently, Objectway announced that Belgian commercial institution, vdk bank will implement the supplier’s WealthTech Suite including Portfolio Manager and Investor Portal. The implementation is expected to provide the bank with portfolio management, branch-based advisory and execution-only capabilities as well as enable web apps for end clients for self-directed investment management.
