As part of this engagement, M2P Fintech has implemented a Loan Origination System (LOS) platform to support Personal Loan onboarding through approved partner channels. The platform is designed to facilitate digital application intake, workflow orchestration, process automation, and integration capabilities, helping streamline onboarding processes and improve operational efficiency within Federal Bank’s existing lending framework.
The collaboration reflects a shared focus on leveraging technology and automation to enhance customer experiences and support scalable digital banking operations. By combining Federal Bank’s lending expertise with M2P Fintech’s technology capabilities, the solution aims to enable a seamless and efficient onboarding experience across fintech partner channels.
The LOS platform supports the digitisation and orchestration of onboarding workflows, helping improve process visibility, operational effectiveness, and turnaround times. It has been designed to align with the Bank’s established policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting a secure and compliant lending journey.
M2P Fintech announced the collaboration through its official social media channels, highlighting the successful deployment of the LOS platform to support Federal Bank’s digital lending initiatives. The announcement emphasised the role of technology in simplifying loan onboarding processes and enabling a more efficient experience for customers applying through partner networks.
The implementation is expected to strengthen onboarding capabilities across partner-led lending channels by enabling automated workflows, streamlined processes, and improved operational transparency. The platform also supports greater efficiency in application processing while maintaining adherence to the Bank’s governance and compliance requirements.
Through this collaboration, M2P Fintech and Federal Bank aim to further advance digital lending capabilities and support the growing adoption of technology-driven banking solutions. The engagement underscores the importance of digital infrastructure in delivering efficient, scalable, and customer-centric lending experiences across the BFSI ecosystem.
