KYC Hub launches OpsFlow for end-to-end onboarding
By Gloria Methri
Customer due diligence and compliance automation specialist KYC Hub has announced the launch of OpsFlow solution to manage the complex onboarding process.
OpsFlow provides clients with the ability to plug in hundreds of global verification types through workflow and intelligent automation including Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The solution is capable of handling different use cases and industries using no-code integration.
Industries that may benefit from OpsFlow include retail, digital, commercial, and industrial banking, gaming, real estate, crypto, financial services, payments, and investment and asset management.
“With the use of intelligent automation, OpsFlow enables users to configure onboarding workflows based on low to high-risk profiles as well as different verification types while making it possible to onboard and monitor both individuals and legal entities in a single system. This means our clients as well as our clients’ clients have a much smoother and quicker onboarding experience,” said Farnoush Mirmoeini, Co-founder, KYC Hub.
The onboarding solution also enables firms to create bespoke workflows through RPA with 180 dynamic risk factors updating in real time. This ensures that, even during the onboarding process, changes in factors impacting risk profiles are not missed, providing greater protection for a broad set of financial institutions and businesses.
KYC Hub drives unified onboarding and screening powered by real-time data, AI, Machine Learning, NLP, sophisticated computer vision techniques, and biometrics.
The company states that each day lost onboarding is trading revenue lost. It enables compliance to balance front office pressure with effectively protecting against fraud, money laundering, and financial crime.
