Kofax announces integration of ReadSoft Online with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for invoice & AP automation

California based Kofax, a supplier of intelligent automation software for digital workflow transformation, has announced integrating ReadSoft Online, its software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for invoice data extraction and accounts payable automation, with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Kofax ReadSoft Online provides market-leading invoice automation in the cloud. By leveraging ReadSoft Online to process PO and non-PO invoice data, users can transform accounts payable into a transparent, controlled and strategic business unit.

The new integrated solutions allow organizations to transform their procure-to-pay workflows and automate mission-critical processes. The combines solution will enable accounts payable departments to reduce the invoice processing time by as much as 80%, allowing them to automatically process invoice data in 35+ languages and across hundreds of formats via Kofax ReadSoft Online. These invoices can then be routed through their broader workflows managed in Dynamics 365. The wizard-driven setup process simplifies connecting the Kofax and Microsoft platforms while avoiding complex integration initiatives.
