iBanFirst appoints former Groupon exec Grégoire Andrieu-Guitrancourt as its new CRO

ibanfirstiBanFirst today announced the appointment of Grégoire Andrieu-Guitrancourt, as its new Chief Revenue Officer. The new CRO will be responsible for accelerating the company’s expansion into Benelux, Germany, Central and Eastern Europe. The appointment is expected to strengthen iBanFirst’s international expansion strategy as well as its market position.

Grégoire Andrieu-Guitrancourt, said, “I’m delighted to support iBanFirst’s ambition of becoming a global leader in FX payments. As the company’s former Country Manager for France, I already have a strong understanding of iBanFirst’s business and operations, and I am excited by the prospect of driving growth at iBanFirst, notably in Central and Eastern Europe.”

Recently, Grégoire Andrieu-Guitrancourt worked at Groupon as its Sales Operations Director for Central and Western Europe. He began his career in the M&A team of Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking prior to working at ABN AMRO in Paris.

Recently, Belgium-based iBanFirst announced its latest Series C funding round worth €21 million. The funding round saw the participation of venture capital funds Elaia and Bpifrance.
