European payment solutions provider Contis has announced the launch of an immediate solution for Wirecard’s European clients, in a bid to enable customers to migrate their complete payments needs. The company will implement new or migrate entire programmes in a short time without aiming to disrupt end-customers. Contis states that this development is expected to assist companies in avoiding future reputational risk and uncertainty. It will also offer products for enhancing customer loyalty and supporting long term growth.

CEO and Founder of Contis, Peter Cox, said, “I truly empathise with Wirecard clients. Many have faced interrupted services for their customers, which erodes trust through no fault of their own. We have designed a solution to migrate service at speed that not only offers complete peace of mind but also lays the foundation for an excellent long-term partnership.”

According to Contis, the solution will deliver a single point of accountability to clients and will guarantee a rapid transfer of existing card and payments functions to the Contis platform.

Recently, Contis announced the launch of Contis Cares, a new program that aims to offer long-term solutions for the most vulnerable individuals amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The FinTech’s new Carer Banking solution has been launched under the program and is expected to allow nominated carers to purchase goods and suppliers for the vulnerable in a controlled manner.
