Bold Penguin and bolttech have partnered to deliver a combined commercial and personal lines insurance offering for agents, insurers and embedded distribution partners across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
The partnership brings together two InsurTech firms with complementary capabilities in insurance distribution, digital platforms and AI-driven solutions. bolttech, which operates in 39 countries across four continents, will combine its personal lines expertise and global insurance ecosystem with Bold Penguin’s commercial insurance distribution network and AI-powered technology platform.
The collaboration is designed to support customers across both personal and commercial lines through a unified offering. By integrating their respective strengths, the companies aim to expand distribution opportunities, accelerate innovation and enhance access to insurance products through connected digital experiences.
Bold Penguin will contribute its commercial lines digital exchange, integrated carrier network, and AI-powered data services through its DeX ai platform. bolttech brings access to insurance and protection products across personal and commercial lines, AI-enabled workflows and expertise in global insurance distribution.
The companies said the partnership will help accelerate product development roadmaps, allowing each organisation to focus on its core strengths while enabling customers to benefit from broader capabilities across the combined platforms.
Peter B. Settel, President and CEO, Bold Penguin, said, “The work Rob and team have done leading in embedded distribution and building the most globally scaled insurtech make them the perfect partner for us to join with and offer our shared customers truly unique options and solutions. While we expand globally, we will also now offer Bold Penguin’s U.S. customers bolt’s personal lines solutions through a single interface.”
