BNY implements Behavox Quantum AI to strengthen compliance

BNY, BNY MellonBehavox, an AI insights company that transforms structured and unstructured corporate data into actionable insights to safeguard and enhance businesses, has announced that BNY, a global financial services company, has completed the implementation of Behavox Quantum.

The platform leverages artificial intelligence to process and analyse vast amounts of structured and unstructured data, enabling the identification and mitigation of potential compliance risks in real-time. This integration supports over 16 languages, reflecting BNY Mellon’s commitment to maintaining robust compliance standards across its diverse international markets.

Tom Wileman, Head of Global Compliance Assurance at BNY Mellon, stated, “Core to BNY’s mission is identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our organisation as we execute on our strategy. By leveraging Behavox’s technologies, we’re helping to elevate our compliance monitoring and strengthen our holistic approach to risk management.”

The implementation of Behavox Quantum is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, facilitating seamless integration across BNY Mellon’s communication channels. The platform’s flagship feature, Quantum AIRP, focuses on compliance and conduct, providing advanced surveillance capabilities to detect and address potential regulatory breaches.
