BlueShore inks deal for Temenos Infinity Engage

BlueShore Financial, a credit union in Canada with over 40,000 clients and $6.3 billion in assets under administration has announced signing an agreement with Temenos, the banking software company for Temenos Infinity Engage delivered as SaaS to offer personalized support to the CUs clients over digital channels.

Temenos Infinity Engage is a financial messaging tool that helps build 1:1 relationships between associates & advisors with clients using a mobile messaging app that is familiar and comfortable to users. Temenos Infinity Engage will empower BlueShore’s clients to select their own personal BlueShore Solution Centre associate or to connect digitally to their financial advisor banker, and conduct secured, personalized conversations in order to answer questions and discuss financial plans. 

The solution allows call centre associates to ‘parallel process’ helping multiple clients at the same time as well as allow clients to connect digitally to their financial advisor.

BlueShore will utilise the agility of the cloud to take advantage of Temenos Infinity Engage and to streamline communication channels to its clients.

BlueShore is a long-standing Temenos customer. Initially, the digital banking solution will be rolled out as a standalone application across BlueShore’s retail and business banking clients to better manage personal relationships in a time when COVID-19 has increased digital banking adoption.
