Bank of Valletta selects Profile Software’s Investment Management platform

Bank of Valletta, a financial services provider in Malta, has selected Profile Software’s Axia Suite platform to enhance its portfolio management and investment services operations. The investment aims to improve the bank’s operational efficiency across multiple divisions, including Asset Management, Private Banking, and Prestige Client Networks.

Headquartered in Santa Venera, Bank of Valletta p.l.c. is one of Malta’s oldest and largest banking institutions, offering a wide range of financial and investment services. The deployment of Axia Suite will enable the bank to streamline its investment management processes and provide seamless, high-quality service to its clients.

Axia Suite is a flexible solution that offers a range of functionalities to support the provision of BOV’s investment services. The platform provides centralised portfolio management, administration and client profiling modules that enable the bank better to understand its clients’ investment goals and preferences.

It also provides tools for portfolio restrictions, modelling and rebalancing, performance calculations and portfolio-level fee calculations, which enable BOV to optimise its investment portfolios and deliver better investment outcomes for its clients.

The Axia Suite platform also includes advanced risk management and analysis capabilities, which will assist the bank in assessing and managing investment risks effectively. Moreover, it provides a range of reporting functionalities, including batch and ad-hoc reporting, which will allow BOV to offer its clients up-to-date information on their investments.
