Tassat Group, Real Time Payments, Axos Bank, Commercial Banking, TassatPay, B2B, Digital Economy, Digital Payments, USATassat Group Inc., a leading provider of private blockchain-based, real-time payment solutions to banks, recently announced that digital banking pioneer Axos Bank will offer its commercial banking clients access to TassatPay, enabling instantaneous, secure, real-time payment capabilities 24/7/365. Allowing banks to offer this service ensures their B2B customers can remain competitive in the increasingly digital economy.

When integrated, TassatPay will allow Axos Bank’s commercial banking clients to make real-time payments to other Axos Bank commercial customers enrolled in TassatPay. TassatPay’s digital payments alternative, provided via a private, permissioned blockchain-based platform, offers reduced costs, immediate settlement, and the highest levels of security, all within current regulatory perimeters. TassatPay’s proven platform has processed more than $400 billion in digital payments.

“Axos Bank, with its heritage of digital banking leadership and a customer base that primarily banks online, is a natural fit for TassatPay,” said Kevin R. Greene, Tassat’s Chairman and CEO. “TassatPay’s ability to provide secure, real-time payments will enable Axos Bank and its customers to compete and win in the fast-growing digital economy.”

Tassat is a New York-based FinTech company that provides digital payment solutions for banks to offer to their commercial customers. It is one of the first companies to deliver a blockchain-based B2B digital payments platform vetted by a primary bank regulator and has transacted billions of dollars to date.

Recently IBS Intelligence discussed with Kevin Greene, CEO and Chairman at Tassat, the blockchain-based payments industry.
