Adyen is partnering with Adobe Commerce to deliver flexible online and offline payment solutions to global enterprise merchants operating on Adobe Commerce. The partnership enables Adobe Commerce customers to simplify and scale their customer payment experiences across channels and global markets.
“Adobe Commerce is expanding our ecosystem to support global omnichannel enterprises,” said Jason Knell, Senior Director, Content and Commerce Partnerships at Adobe. “By working with Adyen, we’re able to provide flexible and scalable payment solutions wherever and however our customers do business.”
The new partnership enables merchants to connect online and offline payments using Adyen’s unified commerce solution for a complete customer view. This results in increased payment success rates, fraud-blocking capabilities, and the ability for merchants to reward loyal shoppers. In addition, enterprise merchants operating on Adobe Commerce can leverage Adyen’s checkout, fraud protection, conversion optimization and data to offer compelling customer experiences.
“Today’s enterprise merchants need to connect their data with personalized customer experiences to exceed shopper expectations online and in-store,” explained Kyle Jenke, Vice President, Global Head of Partnerships at Adyen. “This strategic partnership combines Adobe’s leadership in digital experience, commerce, content and analytics with our global payments and expertise to power the growth of enterprise merchants worldwide.”
