ADIB launches B2B digital marketplace for SMEs in the UAE

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a financial institution, has announced the launch of ADIB Business Souq, a digital B2B marketplace designed to provide comprehensive support to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
This marketplace allows small and medium businesses to list and sell their products and services on the all-in-one digital platform reducing the cost of doing business by offering a wide range of exclusive offers and discounts.
Amit Malhotra, Global Head of Retail Banking at ADIB, said, “The ADIB Business Souq is a game-changer for SMEs in the UAE. The needs of SMEs are diverse and we want to provide a greater selection of solutions through one stop platform that digitally connects SMEs with essential services such as accounting, HR, consultancy, and IT. This platform is a testament to ADIB’s commitment to supporting the growth and success of SMEs.”
SMEs enrolled in this free of charge service will have access to accounting, human resources, marketing, ecommerce and IT solutions at a reduced costs. New SME customers can also open an account with ADIB instantly through a fully automated process using EFR technology.
The platform continuously adds new offers and discounts. Users can access these offers by visiting the ADIB Business Souq platform, where they can log in using their UAE mobile number, name, and OTP. \
The bank aims to support SMEs as part of its sustainability and ESG plan. The platform is not exclusive to ADIB customers and is accessible to all SMEs in the UAE. In addition to accessing a wide array of services and offers, business owners can also expect a ready community of suppliers, all available through this free-of-charge service.
