ACI Worldwide appoints Thomas Warsop as President and Chief Executive Officer

ACI Worldwide,ACI Worldwide, a real-time payments software, announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Thomas Warsop as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2023.

Thomas Warsop is a seasoned executive and financial services technology expert and has served as Interim President and CEO since November 2022.

Since joining ACI eight years ago as a member of our Board and as Interim President and CEO over the last six months, Tom has been instrumental in the refinement and execution of our strategic initiatives,” said Sanchez. “After conducting a thorough search process, and given Tom’s strong management skills, considerable expertise in financial services technology, and deep knowledge of ACI’s business, strategic plan and opportunities to enhance value, the Board is confident he is the right person to continue leading our organisation forward.”

Thomas Warsop said, “It is truly a privilege to continue in the role of CEO of ACI, fully supported by our strong Board and talented and experienced global team. Since assuming the role of Interim CEO in November, I have seen firsthand the depth of our talent and capabilities across the Company. Our teams have made significant progress in strengthening ACI’s position in the market, securing and accelerating organic revenue, and expanding our annual recurring revenue. At this time and with our strong foundation in place, we will continue to focus on accelerating growth, optimising our portfolio, and relentlessly exploring opportunities to enhance value for our shareholders.”
