Accelex has partnered with Quantyx to integrate its AI-driven data automation into Quantyx’s risk management platform, streamlining private markets data processing and enhancing transparency for institutional investors.

Through this partnership, Accelex’s  AI technology will be integrated into Quantyx’s risk and portfolio management platform, Quantyx RM. The solution automates the extraction and structuring of data from unstructured documents such as capital account statements and fund performance reports.

The advancement not only replaces inefficient manual processes but also delivers clients faster, cleaner access to key insights, supporting more robust analytics and timely risk assessment.

As global allocations to private assets continue to grow at a pace with assets under management expected to surpass $20 trillion by 2030, the volume and complexity of fund documentation have increased exponentially. A significant portion of this data remains locked in PDFs and non-standardised formats, creating operational bottlenecks and increasing the risk of errors. Accelex’s AI capabilities, embedded within the Quantyx platform, address these challenges head-on by transforming static documents into structured, actionable intelligence.

Stuart Tait, Head of Alliances EMEA at Accelex, said, “Data-driven decision-making is crucial in private markets, yet much of the underlying data remains fragmented and difficult to harness. By integrating our AI-powered technology into Quantyx RM, we’re enabling a more efficient and transparent investment process, delivering real-time clarity and supporting smarter portfolio strategies.”

Paolo Orlandi, Head of Business Development at Quantyx Advisors, said, “Private markets have traditionally struggled with access to reliable, structured data. Our partnership with Accelex fundamentally changes that equation. We are now positioned to offer our clients deeper visibility into their private asset holdings, better governance, and an elevated data experience that enhances their ability to act on insights.”

The partnership underscores a shared commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric design. Accelex’s proprietary approach to document classification and data extraction, driven by machine learning and natural language processing, allows investors to access critical information quickly, accurately, and securely. In doing so, it minimises the risk of human error while ensuring that investment decisions are based on trustworthy, real-time data.

Looking ahead, the two firms will continue to expand the platform’s capabilities to support a wider range of fund documents and analytical workflows. This collaboration lays the groundwork for a more intelligent and scalable infrastructure for private markets, reinforcing both firms’ positions at the forefront of digital transformation in alternative investing.
