Profile expands global partner network across 50+ countries
By Divya Shah
Why this matters: Expanded regional partnerships help financial institutions access local technology expertise, accelerate digital transformation and adopt banking, investment and AI solutions more effectively.
Profile, an international technology group, expanded its global partner network by signing agreements with new solution integrators across several regions, including Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Bahrain, the UAE and Algeria.
The expansion strengthened Profile’s presence in international markets and improved its ability to provide local promotion, implementation and customer support services. Through its expanded network, the company aimed to support financial institutions in more than 50 countries and help them accelerate their digital transformation initiatives.
The expansion of Profile’s Partners’ Programme supported the company’s global growth strategy by bringing together regional expertise and technology delivery capabilities.
Under the programme, technology firms, system integrators, consulting and advisory firms, regional specialists and industry-focused service providers gained opportunities to expand their services and build new business relationships. Partners also gained access to Profile’s solutions covering banking, investment, treasury, risk management and AI orchestration.
ProfileOne, the group’s flagship platform, brought together workflows, data and operations through a governed agentic AI approach. The platform was designed to address the changing technology and operational needs of financial institutions across different markets.
“Our partners are a strategic extension of our business and play a critical role in helping customers achieve success,” said Evangelos Angelides, CEO of Profile Group.
He added that the expanded network strengthened the company’s ability to work with customers locally, respond to regional market needs and deliver implementations with the expertise and support expected from a technology partner.
Profile also continued to invest in partner development through training, certification, co-marketing and joint go-to-market initiatives. These programmes provided partners with the knowledge, tools and resources needed to support customers and build long-term business opportunities.
The company’s technology solutions had also been featured in reports published by research and advisory firms, including Gartner, Forrester and Celent, highlighting its work in financial technology innovation.
