Why it matters: Automated credit decisioning helps lenders adapt risk strategies, streamline lending operations and expand access to tailored credit products across markets.

Creditinfo has partnered with TaranDM to expand access to automated and customisable credit decisioning solutions for banks, FinTechs, telecommunications companies and other lenders across multiple markets.

The partnership combines Creditinfo’s local market expertise, data capabilities and distribution network with TaranDM’s enterprise-grade credit risk decision engine. The joint offering is designed to help lenders automate credit decisions, adapt lending strategies to local market conditions and reduce their reliance on internal IT resources.

TaranDM’s technology enables lenders to customise decisioning strategies and respond more quickly to changing business and market requirements. The companies said the collaboration would address challenges faced by financial institutions seeking to modernise credit operations while managing limited technology resources.

Martin Chudoba, CEO and co-founder of TaranDM, said, “By combining Creditinfo’s local presence and data expertise with the flexibility of TaranDM, banks and lenders will be able to automate their credit decisions and adapt them quickly, without depending on heavy IT effort.”

Creditinfo will use its established distribution network and presence across more than 40 countries to support the rollout of TaranDM’s decisioning technology.

The solution will allow lenders to automate decisions across the customer lifecycle and customise their credit strategies with limited IT support. This is intended to help institutions streamline operations, improve decision-making efficiency and respond more effectively to changes in local credit markets.

TaranDM brings experience working with a broad customer base, including tier-one banks, microlenders and telecommunications companies in both mature and fast-growing markets. Its technology is designed to address local credit risk challenges and support different lending requirements.

Stuart Kelly, Director of Decisioning and Consumer Solutions at Creditinfo, said the partnership would strengthen the company’s decision-making capabilities and help clients gain greater value from its data and local market expertise.

The joint offering is available through Creditinfo and TaranDM, with interested organisations able to contact either company for further information.
