AIR, the integration layer connecting applications and AI agents to Moca Chain’s identity infrastructure, and Minds by Animoca Brands partnered with Reap and Pivota to develop identity-powered personalised agentic commerce.

The collaboration aims to combine AIR’s identity and credential verification capabilities, Minds’ persistent AI agent platform, Reap’s payment infrastructure and Pivota’s commerce execution technology to enable AI agents to complete transactions on behalf of verified users within predefined parameters.

Under the proposed architecture, AIR will allow users to selectively share verified identity information and earned benefits with AI agents without exposing underlying personal data. Minds agents will interpret user intent and coordinate purchasing decisions, while leveraging AIR’s credential verification framework.

Yat Siu, Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Animoca Brands, said, “By combining Minds’ persistent understanding of the user with AIR’s privacy-preserving identity and entitlement infrastructure, we are equipping agents to act with context, consent, and strict parameters. Pivota provides the data and Reap provides the critical payment capabilities required to translate that intelligence into secure transactions. Together, we are building an agentic web where users will retain the value of their identity and reputation across every agent-led interaction.”

Reap will provide payment capabilities, including card issuance and payment credentials tailored to specific merchants, transaction amounts and timeframes. The platform will also support coupon application and secure checkout processes.

Pivota will serve as the merchant decision and order execution layer, helping AI agents identify suitable products, merchants and transaction routes based on real-time pricing, availability and merchant capabilities.

The partners said the framework will allow merchants to integrate existing loyalty programmes, promotional offers and eligibility requirements into AI-driven purchasing journeys without requiring changes to current storefront operations.

Peng Xu, Founder and CEO of Pivota, said, “Product discovery is only the first step in agentic commerce. The harder problem is determining where and how a transaction should actually be executed. Pivota provides the merchant decision and order execution layer that connects agent intent with merchants, helping agents choose the right merchant and transaction path and carry the resulting order through checkout.”

The initiative will begin with a controlled demonstration involving a single merchant integration. The pilot is expected to showcase the full agentic transaction lifecycle, including eligibility verification through cryptographic proofs, merchant selection, offer application, payment credential issuance and transaction authorisation.
