LEO Wealth selects Evooq to strengthen investment risk globally
By Divya Shah
LEO Wealth has selected Evooq to enhance its investment risk analytics capabilities and support portfolio management and advisory operations across Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States.
The deployment provides the global independent wealth management firm with access to advanced portfolio risk grading and product risk classification tools, aimed at improving the alignment between the risks associated with individual securities and client portfolios.
By implementing Evooq’s solution across its international operations, LEO Wealth will apply a consistent risk management framework across its investment activities while maintaining the flexibility to address the specific needs of clients in different markets.
Gery Dachlan, Managing Director Asia-Pacific and Middle East and member of the Group Executive Committee at Evooq, said, “LEO Wealth operates across some of the world’s most important wealth management markets, each with distinct client needs and investment environments. This deployment reflects the growing need for wealth managers operating across multiple jurisdictions to combine sophisticated investment analytics with a consistent, scalable risk framework. Evooq’s technology will support LEO Wealth in maintaining rigorous investment processes while delivering personalised portfolios to clients across its international footprint.”
The implementation is expected to strengthen LEO Wealth’s ability to assess portfolio risks consistently across regions while supporting advisory teams with deeper investment insights.
Hamen Overdijk, Co-CEO of LEO Wealth, said, “LEO Wealth is committed to its clients’ best interests and the quality of its services. Risk Management is fundamental to delivering consistent performance and portfolios that are aligned with each client’s objectives and circumstances. As our business continues to grow internationally, we wanted a sophisticated risk analytics capability that could support our investment teams consistently across our offices. Evooq meets those requirements and will help us maintain a disciplined and scalable approach to investment risk oversight.”
