InvestGB goes live with Avaloq to unify wealth management

InvestGB, which serves private individuals, institutions and family offices across Kuwait and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), selected Avaloq to create a single operating environment spanning wealth management, portfolio management and fund administration activities.

The implementation consolidates InvestGB’s wealth management, portfolio management, fund administration, credit and lending operations onto a unified platform. The integrated infrastructure includes capabilities such as Lombard lending, collateral management and securities lending, supported by a single data foundation and high levels of automation.

The platform introduces portfolio visualisation tools, self-service capabilities and enhanced security features for clients, while regulatory and compliance requirements, including Know Your Client (KYC) processes, have been integrated into the system to strengthen risk management.

A key component of the transformation is the deployment of Avaloq’s RM Workplace, which provides relationship managers with a consolidated view of client data and automates tasks such as portfolio rebalancing and investment proposal generation. The firm said the platform will allow advisors to focus more on personalised client engagement and less on administrative processes.

The implementation forms part of InvestGB’s broader digitalisation programme and is expected to help improve operational efficiency, support business growth and optimise technology and operational costs by replacing fragmented legacy systems with a unified platform.
