StockGro parent AssetGro Fintech prepares confidential IPO filing

The fintech firm is expected to submit its IPO documents before the end of September 2026 and could raise between $2.08 billion – $2.60 billion (INR 2,000 crore and INR 2,500 crore) through the offering.

According to reports, the proposed issue is likely to comprise a fresh issue of approximately $83.3 million (INR 800 crore), with the remainder expected to come through an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders.

AssetGro Fintech is planning to pursue the confidential filing route introduced by SEBI, allowing companies to submit draft IPO documents without immediately making them public. The filing details are disclosed later in the listing process as the company moves closer to launching the issue.

The company has appointed Emirates NBD Capital as the book-running lead manager for the proposed offering.

Founded in 2020, AssetGro Fintech operates StockGro, an investment research and stock market advisory platform that offers tools for stock analysis, portfolio tracking and strategy development. The platform also provides trade ideas generated by SEBI-registered research analysts, enabling users to research, monitor and evaluate investment opportunities.

The proposed IPO would mark a significant milestone for AssetGro as it seeks to expand its presence in India’s rapidly growing retail investment and wealth-tech market.
