FintechOS, a provider of AI-native product operations technology for banks and insurers, has secured $28 million in combined equity and debt financing to support its expansion across the United States and Europe.

The funding round was backed by existing investors, including Bek Ventures, IFC, Cipio Partners and Molten Ventures, alongside a senior debt facility from Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).

The company said the fresh capital will be used to strengthen its operational base in the US, expand its European customer portfolio, and scale the delivery capabilities supporting its AI-native platform.

Cyril Desouza, CFO of FintechOS, said, “Reaching profitability was not an accident; it was the outcome of a deliberate, multi-year effort to get our cost base, our margins and our delivery practice right before we pushed harder on growth again.”

FintechOS expects more than 20 financial institutions globally to adopt its latest platform, FintechOS 8, during 2026, marking what it anticipates will be a record year for new customer wins.

Founder and CEO Teo Blidarus said that the support from investors and Santander CIB reinforces confidence in the company’s strategy and provides the resources needed to capture growth opportunities, particularly in the US market.

To support its next phase of expansion, FintechOS is strengthening its US leadership team and plans to appoint a new chairman and additional board directors. The company is targeting more than 200% year-on-year growth in the US over the next twelve months.

The firm has also expanded its partner ecosystem through collaborations with Finxact, part of Fiserv, and Finastra Phoenix, helping it reach a broader network of banks and credit unions. Its customer base includes organisations such as ESL Federal Credit Union, Vibrant Credit Union, Hanscom Federal Credit Union, Farmers Bank of Willards, and MHG Insurance.

Alongside its US expansion, FintechOS continues to strengthen its position in Europe, working with clients including BRD Groupe Société Générale, Admiral, CEC Bank, Howden, Bankinter and Groupama.

The company is also introducing a new forward-deployed delivery model comprising dedicated technical consultants and engineers who work directly with clients to speed up implementation, reduce costs and shorten time-to-market for new financial products.
