Pave Finance, an AI-powered portfolio management platform serving financial advisors and wealth management firms, has raised more than $15 million in an oversubscribed Series. The funding round achieved a $100 million pre-money valuation.

The latest funding comes amid rising demand for technology that helps advisors manage increasingly personalised portfolios while reducing the operational burden associated with manual processes. As wealth management firms continue to scale, advisors are seeking automation tools that can efficiently support a growing number of client accounts.

The new capital will be used to expand its workforce, particularly across customer-facing and engineering functions, as it strengthens its technology platform and broadens its presence within the wealth management sector.

The financing round attracted participation from advisory firms, former executives and board members of major U.S. financial services organisations, alongside existing company insiders.

Pave said advisors using its platform now manage more than $130 billion in assets across over 300,000 client accounts, highlighting growing adoption of AI-driven portfolio management solutions among registered investment advisors (RIAs) and wealth management firms.

The company’s platform enables advisors to build, personalise and manage investment portfolios at scale, helping reduce the time, costs and operational complexity associated with portfolio administration.

“Reaching this funding stage reflects the growing demand for modernised platforms we witness within the financial advisory space. As advisory businesses grow, firms must now find efficient ways to manage a larger volume of clients who are simultaneously demanding greater personalisation in their portfolios,” said Christopher Ainsworth, Chief Executive Officer of Pave Finance.

He added: “This funding gives us additional resources to grow our team and continue investing in the technology that saves advisors time and resources, ultimately translating to lower fees and more tailored client experiences.”

The Series A round follows Pave’s $14 million oversubscribed seed financing completed in September 2025 and marks the company’s latest move to expand its technology capabilities and market reach in the growing wealth management sector.

With the global wealth management industry continuing to increase in size and complexity, FinTech providers are increasingly leveraging AI and automation to help advisors deliver personalised client experiences while improving operational efficiency and scalability.
